Customer Service Inquiries

We hope we brighten your life, but we understand if something's not exactly fully lit and that's why we're here! Let us know what is wrong and we will do what we can to make things bright again!

When inquiring about a problem with an order, please be sure to include:

• Order Number. All orders begin with YL-#####. 
• Affected Product(s) and quantities, if applicable.
• Detailed description of the issue, including steps to reproduce the issue if applicable.
• Additional information as you deem necessary.

The information you provide to us will be used to address concerns directly related to your order and products. We will do our best to get back to you within 2 working days (following U.S. holiday schedules.)

Custom Products

Many of our products can be customised in various ways, from the designs of which the lights bring to life to the grips that make your products commemorative. To help us better serve you, please include as much information we're requesting below:

• Desired product to customise (Model name/number would work best.)
• Desired quantity - Orders below a certain quantity are limited in its customisation options.
• Design completion - Indicate whether you have a design or need a design to be commissioned for you. We can do simple and limited adjustments to make sure your design fits the product.
• Additional customisation elements - When certain quantities are met, additional elements, such as the wrist strap and acrylic-plated inserts, can be customised!
• Project deadline - We need your expected delivery time so we know every option you have from start to finish at delivery.

We'll respond within 3 working days (following U.S. holiday schedules) and, from there, we will take great care of you and your inquiry.

Note: We do not distribute free samples of our products, but we invite you to come out to our in-person events to play around with the lights! All of our partners are required by relevant local laws to disclose their receiving of free product in exchange for their work whether it is directly assigned by YEAH LiGHTS LLC directly or indirectly.
