All Products: If our product pages still leave you with questions, please ask our fanatical team of knowledgeable product experts! We'll help you from deciding which light best suits you all the way to product support after you've received the product!

Penlights: We accept refund and exchange requests for products that do not function on arrival.

Glowsticks / Single-use products cannot be returned once a delivery has been confirmed.

Pre-Order Products: Please read pre-order pages carefully to understand each pre-order's return policies as they may differ between "special purchase ・ limited quantity" and "made-to-order" products.
