Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order, a backorder or standard orders. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Standard Orders & Backorders
Regarding standard orders and backorders, please note that because we process and ship standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible, they cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. For backorders, which allow you to secure a product that is temporarily out of stock but actively being replenished, you can cancel your order at any time before it enters the fulfillment process. Once a backorder has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and our standard returns policy will apply.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an upcoming or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then automatically charge the full or remaining balance when the item is ready to ship. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our standard returns policy.
