2. Is YEAH LiGHTS a distributor of Lumica products?
   Yes, we are a distributor of Lumica products! While we aren't the only one out there, we buy from and work directly with Lumica to bring you their globally-renowned products!
3. I want to try a product before I buy it - Can I do that?
   We cannot offer to send out samples of products upon request, but you may wish to attend an in-person event where we are selling at to see the products for yourself - Check our social media links below for updates on where we'll be! Of course, one of those lifelong objectives is to have as many events be equipped with YEAH LiGHTS products, so see if we're around! 😉

Return Policy

All Products: If our product pages still leave you with questions, please ask our fanatical team of knowledgeable product experts! We'll help you from deciding which light best suits you all the way to product support after you've received the product!

Penlights: We accept refund and exchange requests for products that do not function on arrival.

Glowsticks / Single-use products cannot be returned once a delivery has been confirmed.

Pre-Order Products: Please read pre-order pages carefully to understand each pre-order's return policies as they may differ between "special purchase ・ limited quantity" and "made-to-order" products.

All Other Products: Please refer to product page for individual return policies.
